The ASAR service strategy helps customers avoid losses during the maintenance period with alternative miner solutions. Customers can choose between a deposit-based ASAR Service and a credit-based ASAR Service.

If a customer selects the ASAR service, BITMAIN will ship replacement miner from our national spare parts warehouse (HUB Warehouse) within 1-2 business days after confirming the shipping information, regardless of whether BITMAIN has received the customer’s miner or not.
